5.The insufficient reactivity of the material mass leads to improper solidification. Therefore, it is necessary to make a mental effort to select the type and amount of initiator. Of course, UP with high activity can also be selected.

6.The mold surface itself has been worn or accumulated floating scale, can be used outside the mold or styrene to clean these dirt, the mold surface must maintain a continuous degree of polishing.

7.Excessive feed flow length can cause phase separation, low shrinkage additives are separated, resulting in loss of light, so a suitable paving pattern is required.

8.The material mass is placed in the air for too long before moulding, which causes excessive volatilization of styrene and easy to cause gel, phase separation and surface loss of light.
