BMC material waste can be recycled.Thermosetting plastics (BMC materials) include thermosetting resins and their reinforced plastics or materials (also known as composites).(BMC materials) are mostly composites made of unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and other thermosetting resins and glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. The typical composites are unsaturated polyester resin reinforced plastics.Thermosetting resin and its enhance plastic (thermosetting) and thermoplastic, before reuse also want to be cut off and crushed, at room temperature thermosetting plastic than thermoplastic brittle, more easily crushed.After the thermosetting plastic is crushed, it can be used as the filler of composite material to manufacture mortar, composite material or cracking oil, etc.In addition, THE FRP waste can be recovered by thermal decomposition of oil, carbonized material, and glass fiber, and used for mass molding plastics or gypsum board, etc.Unsaturated polyester FRP treated with some kind of catalyst at 110?360℃ immediate decomposition, decomposition products are styrene as the main component of the oil, from the residue can be recycled glass fiber and carbonized substances, recycled glass fiber used in gypsum board its performance is no less than the market sales of glass fiber. 

 

Among thermosetting resins, polyurethane accounts for the majority, followed by phenolic resin, with a relatively small amount of epoxy resin.The application of thermosetting resin is more, there are adhesives, coatings, composite materials, sealants.The recovery and utilization of thermosetting resin has two aspects: (1) grinding material with binder to form composite materials;(2) crushing material in thermoplastic and thermosetting resin as part of the filler.
